Theme

We really didn't want to go with a 'theme' and stick to the modern nursery idea.  However, I wanted to create more of a balance between modern and kid's room.  I love elephants and thought this could work.  Here are some ways we are thinking of incorporating them.

I think these are so cute.  Dario disagrees and he thinks the kid won't use it, but my nephew LOVES his cow and uses it all the time! It's too pricey though, so I'll have to wait to find it somewhere cheaper.

For art I was thinking of asking my dad to sketch an outline of an elephant and place it in the frame.  Thinking about 3 of them and we can frame them and place it above the nursery.  

Wall Clock from Kid Crave $68. I think it's perfect, but Dario isn't sure yet.

LOVE this mobile from www.rosenberryrooms.com/524-elephants-mobile-in-gray.html There is a black, white, adn gray elephant... only two problems. 1) it costs $41.50, and 2) the trunks are facing down ... but this is what I want!!!
